The short version

If Premium isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you’ll get all of it back. No reason needed. After that, cancel any time: Premium stays on until the end of the 3 months you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Who sells MonkeyMind Premium

MonkeyMind is made and operated by WebGrid.Studio. Premium is sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment and handles invoices, tax and refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can get a full refund of the first payment on a new Premium subscription if you ask within 14 days of that payment. You don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter how much you’ve used Premium. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Renewals

Premium renews every 3 months. Renewal payments aren’t refundable. If you cancel, Premium keeps working until the end of the 3 months you’ve already paid for, then stops, and you won’t be charged again. You can cancel any time from your account or from the link in your Paddle receipt email.

How to ask for a refund

Use “Request refund” at paddle.net or the link in your Paddle receipt email. Or email hello@monkeymind.online with the order number from your receipt, and we’ll pass it to Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Paddle refunds the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approving the refund (your bank may take a few more days to show it). Your Premium subscription is cancelled and Premium features stop straight away. Your account stays open, and everything free keeps working.

Deleting your account

Deleting your MonkeyMind account cancels Premium straight away so you’re never charged again. It doesn’t refund the current 3 months by itself; if you’re within 14 days of your first payment, ask for a refund first.

The mobile apps

Premium can’t be bought inside the MonkeyMind iPhone or Android apps yet. If that changes, purchases made in an app will be sold by Apple or Google, and their refund rules will apply.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
